    Foundation and Inception

    Kendriya Vidyalaya Mathura Cantt was established in 1967, nestled near the serene Golf Ground in the Mathura Cantonment Area, District Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, with the postal code 281001. The foundation stone for this esteemed institution was laid on 30th August 1970 by Prof. V.K.R.V. Rao, then Minister of Education & Youth Services, Government of India. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Lt. Gen. J.T. Sataravala, MC, Chairman Lt. Col. B.D. Mishra, Garrison Engineer Major S.B. Bavari, and Principal Dr. B.L. Chaturvedi.

    Institutional Mission and Vision
